As EXIT agents bring new sales associates to the company, they grow their own financial portfolios, earning up to 10% of each sponsored associates’ closing commission. Sponsored agents have nothing to lose; the residual funds originate directly from EXIT’s corporate office, and are paid out as a bonus at the time of closing. By spreading the word and bringing new associates to the company, agents can earn up to ten thousand dollars each year in residual income.
“This model,” says Joe Jr., “fosters a positive office atmosphere.” “Typically, agents don’t want to share their knowledge, because they are in competition with each other,” he explains. “With EXIT, sales associates have a reason to see their colleagues succeed, because they will also benefit.”
